Meet the Team

Nambafu Mable Jusinta

As Team Lead, Mable oversees Pour Femme’s strategic direction and program impact, ensuring we stay aligned with our mission. She is dedicated to building an organization that prioritizes dignity, safety, and empowerment for every woman and girl.

Ayesiga Gloria

With over 10 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation within women’s nonprofits, Gloria leads Pour Femme’s program development with a focus on quality, impact, and accountability.

Aneno Patricia

Patricia’s personal journey from life in IDP camps during the Kony war to her role as Finance and Administration Lead fuels her dedication to ensuring Pour Femme’s financial integrity and program success

Namanda Jovia

Jovia coordinates Pour Femme’s direct engagement efforts, working closely with women across Uganda to understand their needs and provide life-changing support.
